Edge's News: Davido Shares An Official Detailed Disbursement Of The #250 Million He Donated To Orphanages

Davido has released an official statement, sharing details of how he disbursed the #250 Million he donated to orphanage homes last year.

The Fem singer shared the document as a response to Daniel who called him out over the public disbursement of his #250 million donation to orphanages homes.


According to Daniel, it’s been two months since Davido promised to give Netizens an update. He added that if Davido has truly disbursed the money, he should let entitled Nigerians know.


Reacting to the call out, Davido took to his Twitter account to give an official press statement. Davido revealed that the official disbursement of the fund is complete and so far, 292 orphanages have received the money he promised them.

He added that the committee of five worked tirelessly to ensure they collate the names and information of documented and verified orphanages to ensure transparency.


Davido also attached the names and the amounts disbursed to the various  orphanages .
