Edge Prospective: Federal Executive Council Earmarks $1.484Bn For Kaduna, Warri Refineries Rehabilitation

The Federal Executive Council (FEC) has approved the award of contracts for the rehabilitation of Warri and Kaduna refineries to Messrs Saipem SPA and Saipem Contracting Limited at the combined the sum of $1.484 billion.

You know the skit on various social media platforms that goes “No No No…Video


Exactly the nonsense this refinery rehabilitation is a massive joke the Federal Government is aware of the number of times this contract has been awarded and the same amount of time it has failed…. Stop hushpupping us with this irritating scam… We always hear about the contract been awarded and nothing after that, no refinery no money… the next will be increase in fuel prices across the country.  

What the federal government should be doing is tracking down every contractor that was awarded the rehabilitation job and ask for refund or face prosecution.. I said refund because our government also tell lies in the end might be lack of obligatory fulfilment on their part that led to to lack of delivery on the contractor(s) part, either way lets get to the bottom of things instead of throwing money at it…..


Oooh unless it's someone retirement benefits already been prepared and disguised as rehabilitation funds because we are fully aware a lot of the so called elite in power need rehab alright but we may differ on the kind/type they need.. we @edge will like prescribe “Shock Therapy” for parties involved... because some of this politicians need to wake up and have their brain analysed.
